Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health response navigation services to the government authority located in King, WA.- Reduce systemic barriers that prevent young people particularly those involved in or at risk of involvement in the justice system from reaching their full potential.- Provide the highest quality of justice fair, timely, accessible, understandable, user-friendly, and bias free to court users.- Increase public understanding and be recognized as a center of excellence for its services and innovative practices.- Create an ideal satisfying and engaging place to work.- Trauma-informed care and healing-centered engagement.- Early screening and support to identify needs before legal processes escalate.- Serve youth with behavioral health needs, including trauma histories and dual diagnoses, who are charged with serious violent offenses or face standard range dispositions at juvenile rehabilitation.- Minimizing harm and promoting healing.- Supporting youth in accessing behavioral health services and developing prosocial behaviors.- Develop a Case Plan tailored to each youth’s behavioral health needs.- Recruit, screen, and orient parents to the BHR program; facilitate family engagement and cultural discovery for inclusion in care plans.- Implement closure procedures for navigator relationships that ensure satisfaction for all parties.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
