USA (Kansas City, Missouri) – Professional Design Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. - Interior renovations, exterior improvements, structural design/repair, building envelope for capital improvement projects.- Work include ADA code compliance, selective demolition, parking lots, playgrounds, building envelopes, flooring, new wall tile, isolated, gypsum wall furring, new toilet partitions and screens, new plumbing fixtures with manual flush valves, new toilet accessories, HVAC and painting.- Design team will provide complete construction documents for bidding purposes, including:- Accelerated design process.- Architectural plans with plan sheet specifications.- MEP plans with plan sheet specifications.- Civil design with plan sheet specifications.- Structural plans with plan sheet specifications.- Furniture design with plan sheet specifications.- Landscape design with plan sheet specifications.- Graphics design with plan sheet specifications.- Roofing design with plan sheet specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
