USA (Kansas City, Missouri) – Motor Coach Bus Charter Transportation Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide motor coach bus charter transportation services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO.                            - To provide motor coach bus charter transportation services for agency Athletic Department teams, and for agency students and personnel for special events, as may be required.  - Transportation of agency athletes shall be by motor coach bus, unless otherwise agreed to by agency in writing.- Provide transportation services from agency campuses to off-campus locations.- Buses must be clean, orderly and in excellent overall condition- Each bus to have sufficient stowage space for luggage and athletic equipment needs.- Each bus to have adequate security protection for onboard property.- First aid supplies and fire extinguishers are to be available on each vehicle, and relevant training will be provided by contractor(s) in compliance with applicable regulations and generally accepted standards of practice.  - Each bus should be equipped with free Wi-Fi for internet access by a number of mobile devices throughout the trip. - All heat, air-conditioning, seats, interior lighting, and audio/visual equipment shall be functional and in excellent operating condition. - Provide 24-hour prior trip confirmation notice.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
