USA (Jacksonville, North Carolina) – Janitorial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.- Empty all trashcans and empty trash in dumpster. - Clean and disinfect countertops and sink in kitchen. - Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces in reception area. - Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs. - Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns. - Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions. - Wash and dry all interior and exterior glass. - Dust all Venetian blinds. - Sweep all uncarpeted floors and use damp mop.- Scrub all tile and linoleum floors with soap and water and rinse buff as appropriate to keep floor clean and shiny. (2) A mandatory site visit will be held on July 01, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
