(1) Vendor needs to provide certification services to the government authority located in Indiana.• Design review consulting• The current facility design, including architectural and MEP systems, to ensure.• Autoclave bio-seal smoke testing.• Pass-through integrity testing.• Pressure decay testing, as required.• Building power failure and restoration.• System startup and shutdown.• Mechanical system failure scenarios.• Decontamination agent evacuation.• Individual laboratory isolation modes• Failure mode testing.• Laboratory controls functional testing.• Emergency power switchover testing, as required by the BMBL.• Bubble-tight damper operational verification.• Autoclave startup and maintenance records.• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Matrix.• BMBL 6th Edition BSL-3 Inspection Checklist.• Emergency shower and fire extinguisher inspection records.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
