(1) Vendor needs to provide bank depository services to the government authority located in Hutto, TX.- Depository services contract of mutual party benefit and reserves the right to contact and negotiate with all applicants regarding their applications prior to award, to clarify, verify, or request information regarding any application.  - Ability of applicant to perform and provide the required and requested services- References provided and quality of services- Cost of services- Transition cost, retention and transition offers, and incentives- Interest rates on interest bearing accounts and deposits- Earnings credit rate on compensating balances- Previous service relationship with the City- Convenience of location(s)- Completeness of application(2) The contract period will be for two years.
