USA (Hurlburt Field, Florida) – Audio and Visual Refresh Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual refresh services to the government authority located in Hurlburt Field, FL.- Replace or remove all current visual and sound overhead wiring.- Install a new media cabinet to house all required video and audio equipment to remove the existing audio and visual rack currently installed.- Install or renovate existing equipment to enable video telecommunications with video resolutions no lower than 1080p.- Update and install new wiring required to send sound to the currently installed 14-speaker system to ensure integration with the renovated or new media cabinet that will be installed.- Enable the integration of our current Ideum Pro tables with the applicable podium computer and AV system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than26 June, 2026.(3) A mandatory site visit will be held on 24 June, 2026.
