Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Hudson, WI. - Clean elevator interiors, including walls, doors, rails, and control panels.- Dust and wipe conference tables and chairs. - Clean toilets, including bowls, seats, rims, and bases.- Spot vacuum carpeted seating and adjacent carpeted areas.- Clean partition walls and doors.- Vacuum entry mats.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
