USA (Houston, Texas) – Telehealth Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.     - Provide, incompliance, telephonic Telehealth services through use of a licensed Physician, or Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant operating under a valid licensed Physician.- No medical provider shall be used if the provider is on probation or suspension by any state governing medical board.- Services shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.- Services shall be offered in multiple languages.    - Provide on-line enrollment/registration for covered members.- Provide a toll-free telephone number for access.- Vendor shall be available via mobile app.- Services shall be made available to all employees including those with disabilities, hearing impaired and blindness(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
