Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide local mail delivery service to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Collect mail from (2) Post Office Boxes at the US Post Office• Courier will pick up for PO Box 4863 and PO Box 1560 and deliver to 4200 Leeland by 5:45 AM and the next pick-up and delivery before 9:30 AM daily• Courier to sign a security log at the 4200 Leeland address. A cashier log must also be signed that will show the quantity of trays delivered.• Estimated number of trays incoming on the 1st pick-ups is 7-20 trays, estimated number of trays on the 2nd collection is 2-4 trays• Trays are 24 inches long, 12 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep• Courier may need a small light weight collapsible dolly to carry trays.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
