(1) Vendor needs to provide board governance training and trustee development services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.- Providers capable of delivering high-quality, compliant, and research-based governance training.- Governance Training:• Roles and responsibilities of Board of Trustees members. • Board–superintendent relations and governance structure. • Policy development, oversight, and fiduciary responsibilities. • Ethical leadership, conflict of interest, and board conduct • Governance ethics and transparency. • Board operating procedures.- Strategic Planning and Board Development:• Facilitated board retreats and workshops. • Strategic planning and goal development sessions. • Board self-assessments and continuous improvement planning.- Customized Services: • District-specific needs assessments. • Development and delivery of tailored training solutions aligned to local priorities.• Deliver services in in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid formats as required and aligned with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
