(1) Vendor needs to provide application maintenance, devops, and program support services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.- Provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, DevOps services, quality assurance, project management, and strategic initiative support.- Application maintenance and troubleshooting. - Back-end and user experience (UX) development support. - Quality assurance (QA) testing and release validation. - DevOps and cloud environment support. - Agile project management and coordination. - Program management and roadmap support. - Strategic initiative planning and implementation support. - Backlog planning, prioritization, and sprint coordination. - Technical consulting and implementation support. - Cloud-hosted application environments.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 06, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
