USA (Hamden, Connecticut) – Professional Information Technology Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional information technology services to the government authority located in Hamden, CT.- Provide the services required in a public transit environment, including dispatching software, radio and telephone communications, tablets, fleet and maintenance software, security and surveillance systems, facility technology, accounting software, critical infrastructure, cyber security, and disaster recovering plan.- Provide technology consultation and as-needed support.- Networking support for Cisco Catalyst and HP Procure managed switches, SonicWALL Firewalls, Cisco and Meraki Wireless Access Points, Barracuda web filter support including VEEAM andSymantec System Recovery.- End-User Support- Software support for off the shelf vendors such as Microsoft Office and misc. desktop software.- Security, virus and malware prevention.- Email connectivity on end user personal smartphones and tablets. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
