USA (Green River, Utah) – Project Management and Technical Services

Vendor needs to provide project management and technical services to the government authority located in Green River, UT.• Preparation of quarterly progress reports and support for reimbursement documentation.• Submission of quarterly deliverables for city review and concurrence at defined milestones.• Baseline safety analysis, crash data evaluation, and documentation of existing roadway and sidewalk conditions.• Identification and prioritization of high-risk locations and safety risk networks.• Use of evidence-based and, where appropriate, innovative data tools (e.g., mobile LiDAR, speed sensors, digital mapping) to assess curb conditions, vehicle behavior, and high-injury networks.• Safety risk mapping and analysis.• Equity and underserved-community considerations.• Cost estimates, phasing, and implementation strategies.
