USA (Greeley, Colorado) – Construction Manager at Risk Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.- Designing and constructing new secondary clarifier mechanisms, piping, and electrical and instrumentation and controls equipment to replace those currently operating at the wastewater treatment and reclamation facility.- Phase 1 preconstruction services generally consist of input to the design team through valueengineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, schedule development and management, and risk management planning as well as preparation.- Phase 2 construction services generally encompass completing the project’s construction, startup andcommissioning, and warranty.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13,2026.(3) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 8,2026.
