USA (Grand, Colorado) – Town Attorney Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide town attorney services to the government authority located in Grand, CO.- Serve as primary legal advisor to the Board, Mayor, and staff- Draft, review, and advise on contracts, ordinances, and policies- Provide legal opinions and guidance on municipal matters- Represent the Town in litigation, disputes, and regulatory proceedings- Advise on land use, zoning, and development matters- Support real estate transactions and municipal asset management- Provide guidance on finance, procurement, and tax matters- Advise on water rights, environmental, and regulatory issues- Support employment law, personnel matters, and compliance- Ensure compliance with elections, open records, and governance laws- Attend Board and committee meetings as required- Deliver ongoing legal support and advisory services(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
