USA (Glen Cove, New York) – Utility Mark-Out and Underground Facility Locating Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility mark-out and underground facility locating services to the government authority located in Glen Cove, NY.    • Perform utility locating and mark-out services for municipally owned underground street lighting infrastructure.• Utilize industry-standard locating equipment including electromagnetic locating devices, signal transmitters, receivers, and ground penetrating radar when necessary.• The contractor shall prioritize and respond to tickets in accordance with statutory timeframes established.• Street lighting systems and associated conduit.• Electrical distribution systems.• Communication and fiber optic systems.• Conduit systems.• Maintain an electronic ticket management and tracking system.• Document ticket status, response times, and completion verification.• Other underground facilities as directed. • Ticket management system access.• Ticket review and clearance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for one year.
