Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide plan of conservation and development service to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT. - Establish a project management plan, including a communication plan, timeline, and roles and responsibilities. - Update and analyze all relevant data, including data related to general demographics, land use, housing, economics, tourism, facilities, transportation, historic resources, environment, utilities, and similar information.- Create data for use in the geographic information system (GIS), including current and future land use data.- Design and implement a comprehensive, multi-faceted community engagement strategy.- Community engagement and stakeholder involvement.- Compliance with state laws and best practices.- Data collection and analysis.- Implementation strategy.- Integration with a related long-range municipal and regional plans.- Alignment with comprehensive zoning code update.- Improvements to document usability and management.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
