(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Gilroy, CA.- Carpeting:- Vacuum Carpeted areas.- Spot clean carpets.- Dry clean carpets.- Tile or vinyl floors:- Dust mop, remove stains, damp mop and buff all areas.- Strip, wax, and buff.- Garbage:- Empty all waste baskets and dispose of garbage away from premises.- Wash waste baskets.- Venetian blinds:- Dust.- Walls:- Spot clean.- Dust.- Windows:- Clean outside.- Clean inside.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Walk-through will be held on June 23, 2026.
