USA (Georgia) – WordPress Platform Design, Develop and Implementation Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide WordPress platform design, develop and implementation service. - Design, develop, and implement a modern employee intranet utilizing the organization's existing WordPress platform.- The solution shall integrate with the organization's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments while providing an intuitive, secure, and mobile-responsive user experience.• Discovery & Rapid Assessment- Rapid inventory of intranet content and permissions- Active Directory review (groups, OUs, access structure)- Identify critical content and high-priority departments- Define authentication approach • Design & Architecture:- Define site structure and navigation- Establish AD group-based access model- Configure identity architecture (SSO, directory integration)- Create standardized page templates• Platform Configuration & AD Integration- Configure and implement the organization's WordPress-based intranet platform.- Enable Active Directory / Entra ID authentication (SSO)- Set up core integrations (BossDesk links, document libraries)• Content Migration:- Clean and validate high-priority content- Migrate content- Apply AD group permissions during migration- Validate access post-migration• Deployment & Go-Live:• Production deployment and cutover• Validate SSO and access across all departments• Provide hypercare support (initial 1–2 weeks post go-live)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) A Virtual Pre-bid conference will be held on June 25, 2026.
