Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide health and benefits consultation services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA. - Provide consulting services related to agency health insurance and ancillary benefits programs. • Applicable benefits:- Active employee health insurance- Retiree health insurance- Tax-advantaged accounts- Income protection and life- Voluntary / supplemental benefits- Wellness and support programs• Strategic benefits consulting: - Program assessment and strategy- Multi-year strategic planning- Technology and innovation- Financial and actuarial analysis- Data analytics and reporting- Labor relations support• Employee communications and engagement:- Communication strategy- Materials development- Engagement and education- Surveys and feedback(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
