Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle health electronic health record platform advanced training services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA.- The contractor shall deliver platform-specific training regarding oracle health solutions and associated build and maintenance tools to agency staff providing informatics support.- Oracle health platform-specific support training - The government shall assist the contractor in identifying and training a unique named points-of-contact (poc) for set term including a primary and a back-up poc. - Provide dedicated, instructor-led courses, including remote and e-learning. - Provide access to the client education course catalog, which includes available courses, prerequisites, test-out options and policy.
