(1) Vendor needs to provide international and education abroad insurance services international and education abroad insurance services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA.         - Providers for both inbound International and outbound Education Abroad Program participants are required, but the University will consider proposals from providers that can offer one or the other, or both.- These services shall be provided by a qualified firm with demonstrated experience delivering insurance and claims services to institutions of higher education within the international and education abroad healthcare market.• All Insured - Cost - Age Limitations - Pre-Existing Conditions - Prescription Drug Coverage - Athletic Injuries - Dental Coverage - Customer Support - Claims Processing - Premium Structure - Proration of Coverage - Reporting Requirements - Policy Updates - Regulatory Compliance - Reporting Samples • Inbound International Participants- Coverage for F-1 Students - J-1 Visa Compliance - Domestic Plan Options • Outbound / Education Abroad- Core Coverage - Minimum Coverage Levels - Payment Method - Enrollment Flexibility (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
