USA (Frankfort, Kentucky) – Professional Auctioneer Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auctioneer service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.• The selected Contractor shall provide a full range of professional auction services, including live and online auction capabilities, staffing, reporting, and technical support• The Contractor shall:- Conduct professional, transparent, and competitive auctions, in person and online- Provide all personnel, equipment, and systems necessary to execute auctions, disclose space requirements to accommodate for in person auctions- Maintain a professional public image always representing the Commonwealth both during in person and online auctions• Ensure auctions are open to the public, provide information as applicable, whether online or in person, regarding the events of the day• Auction ServicesServices shall include, but are not limited to:- Auction planning and coordination, detailed list of events and timestamped hours of operation are required- Onsite and/or online auction execution in accordance with time restrictions- Bid calling and bid management; establish a point of contact for conflict resolution and document the name of this individual prior to event start- Provide clear direction for bid management conflict and make these rules available prior to event start - Clerking and recording of all sales, expect and plan for audits because of the nature of the business- Real-time invoice generation available at time of transaction, payment due upon close of auction, no exceptions- Post-auction reporting and reconciliation, shipping is the responsibility of the Proposer(2) The contract period will be for one year.
