USA (Fountain Valley, California) – Cost Estimating Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost estimating services to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA. - Develop asset management program cost estimates for the capital improvement program.- Review contractor or consultant’s cost estimates during preliminary and final design.- Review contractor’s change orders and proposals.- Evaluate Value Engineering savings.- Construction methods, materials, procedures, equipment, and labor classifications.- Sewer collection systems, including new construction and rehabilitation of pipelines (12-inch diameter and larger), manholes, and pump stations.- Wastewater facilities, including pump stations, process and electrical buildings, clarifiers, digesters, pumps, concrete rehabilitation, piping, structural and seismic systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) Non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
