USA (Fort Meade, Maryland) – Technology Engineering and Knowledge Management Modernization Services

Vendor needs to provide technology engineering and knowledge management modernization services to the government authority located in Fort Meade, MD.• The work will include testing and evaluating hardware, software and application deployments to determine readiness for enterprise use. • The contractor will set-up, configure, deploy, secure, and operationalize the new technology in production or production-like environment during the Technology Pilot phase. • The contractor shall assist in refining feedback from operational stakeholders to support a pilot, assist in determining pilot environment location, and equipment needed for execution.•The contractor shall assist on generating pilot architecture material for the environment, assist on generating the bill of materials including hardware and software licensing requirements, and applications for the pilot to meet the success criteria.• The contractor shall assist with the installation and configuration of the solution in the environment selected, conduct pilot testing which includes the evaluation of the pilot against requirements and operational use cases as well as the suitability of the design and overall function of the solution.• The contractor shall provide cloud administration support that includes, but not limited to the following: deployment, management, optimization, and operation of systems on cloud services provides to include, but not limited to Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
