USA (Fort Collins, Colorado) – Design Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO. - Provide design services that include planning and engagement assistance, engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, riparian vegetative expertise, permitting, and construction support.- The baseline investigations, technical memos and reporting are intended to inform project design, impact and mitigation potential, construction operations, and permitting requirements.- Provide onsite construction and resident engineering support services.- Provide construction observation, maintain and submit construction daily logs and reports.- Host pre-construction meeting, develop agenda and distribute meeting minutes.- Design and construction are preliminarily outlined as below.- Construction approaches regarding vegetation restoration.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 01, 2026.         (3) Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 25, 2026.
