(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan update services to the government authority located in Florida.• Public involvement.• Existing conditions.• Validation of PBI aviation forecast.• Facility requirements.• Alternatives development and evaluation.• Airport layout plan.• Facilities implementation plan.• Environmental considerations.• Financial feasibility analysis.(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
