Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide advancement and campaign counsel services.• Pipeline remediation analysis; re-evaluation of optimization study gift table to sustain a $1B+ campaign that looks less like a traditional pyramid and considers top-heavy pipeline.• Provide comprehensive counsel to enhance fundraising strategy and campaign execution. • Develop and review campaign-related materials, presentations, and planning documents. • Advise on prospect strategy, donor engagement, and alignment with strategic priorities. • Identification and leverage of middle pipeline prospect opportunities in addition to principal/transformational opportunities for campaign.• Creation of campaign counting guidelines including reach back period and parameters.• Develop an endowment growth strategy that aligns with strategic priorities and integrates fundraising, communications, stewardship, and development officer efforts to increase endowment support.
