Vendor needs to provide as-needed facility services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. • Servicer include: generally includes the installation, repair, testing, maintenance, replacement, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance of building equipment, fixtures, infrastructure systems, and associated campus utility and distribution systems. • Services may involve routine maintenance, emergency response, small projects, renovations, repairs, inspections, and specialized trade work within the applicable CSI divisions
