(1) Vendor needs to provide incident response plan service to the government authority located in Elizabethtown, New York. - An incident response plan and continuity of operations plan that meets the requirements of incident response and management and comply with contingency and continuity planning.- comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan for the overall IT infrastructure.- Responsibilities and levels of decision-making authority.- Processes to ensure that operational data is available.- Communication plans.• IT contingency planning, it should also include:- A business impact analysis.- Continuity of operations (COOP).- Disaster recovery (DR).- Alternate site operations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
