(1) Vendor needs to provide group purchasing organization (GPO) services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.        • A GPO that will provide the best value in the GPO’s core offering involving sourcing and contracting.• GPO provide best-in-class analytics, reporting, tools and resources with a proven ability to capture and analyze data from disparate information systems and subsequently produce actionable information to be used.• Provide an overview of your pharmacy program, including market share, formulary management, cost-reduction initiatives, and therapeutic substitution.• Supply chain analytics tools and services to ensure best pricing and benchmark data sources.• Analytics and informatics with benchmarking.• Contracting portfolio - GPO.• Product pricing and financial impact.• Technology.• Disaster (Hurricane) preparedness and mitigation.• Pandemic response.• Pharmacy.• Supply chain.• Value analysis tools and support.• Market intelligence and delivery system strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.         (3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 01, 2026.
