USA (El Monte, California) – Educational Travel Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide educational travel services to the government authority located in El Monte, CA. - Provide comprehensive educational travel services for two student educational travel programs: one for 8th-grade students to Washington, D.C. and one for 4th-grade students to Sacramento, California.- Provide full-service planning, coordination, administration, and implementation of both educational travel programs, including transportation, lodging, meals, educational programming, itinerary development, safety and risk management, participant registration support, and on-site trip management.- Provide roundtrip transportation, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and all related travel logistics necessary for successful completion of each study trip.- Manage reservations, scheduling, confirmations, and travel documentation.- Provide opportunities for participating students to earn accredited high school elective credit where applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
