USA (El Centro, California) – Monthly Landscaping Maintenance and Repair Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide monthly landscaping maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in El Centro, CA.- Inspections pertaining to repair work orders.- Consultation/planning on the best method to achieve the intended result.- Weeding (which shall include keeping all unpaved surfaces of the grounds free of Bermuda grass, weeds, and volunteers).- Fertilizing, pruning, and cultivating as necessary to keep all plants, grass and trees in a healthy, growing condition.- Keeping all planted areas neat, attractive, and free of trash and debris.- Removal of all weeds growing through cracks in sidewalks and the parking lot.- Repairs normally not exceeding two workdays per task.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
