USA (El Campo, Texas) – Construction Manager-at-Risk Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager-at-risk service to the government authority located in El Campo, TX.       - Perform engineering analyses to develop geotechnical recommendations for the proposed office building expansion, septic system and employee and public parking lots. - Drill and sample seven borings with depths from 10 to 30 feet for the proposed building, septic tank and parking lots.- Project includes construction of relocated Pierce office building, potential septic tank and employee and public parking lots.- Grout all borings with cement bentonite grout after water level reading or completion of drilling.- Provide geotechnical recommendations for the design and construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
