USA (Edinburg, Texas) – Right of Way Acquisition Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide right of way acquisition services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX. - Provide Right-of-Way Acquisition Services on an “as needed” basis.- The required services will consist of but is not limited to: review appraisal, negotiation, escrow, title coordination, project management and administrative services and other informational interests and purposes.- Appraisal Services - Consisting of reviewing property appraisals and preparation of appraisal reports.- Negotiation Services - Consisting of negotiating with the property owners for the purchase of partial or full properties, right-of-way, easements, relocation and temporary construction easements (TCE's).- Escrow and Title Coordination Services - Consisting of handling the escrow and title work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
