(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. - Provide the highest quality broker/real estate agent and related services.  - Provide comprehensive real estate brokerage and advisory services to support the agency in the evaluation, marketing, negotiation and sale of agency-owned real property declared surplus by the agency.- General advisory and representation.- Property evaluation and market analysis.- Marketing and listing services.- Transaction management and negotiation.- Public process and board support.- Closing and post-closing services.- Reporting and communication.- Community engagement and equitable disposition considerations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
