USA (Denver, Colorado) – Workforce Development Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.- Support the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce development, talent pipeline, leadership development, career pathways, and aviation industry engagement initiatives.- Initiatives support inclusive, forward-thinking, and scalable employee development through leadership training, coaching, facilitation, and workforce engagement.- Executive coaching program aims to support leaders in navigating change, improving performance, enhancing communication, and preparing for future responsibilities.- Workshop and strategic facilitation services.- Develop leadership capacity, improve team dynamics, and support culture transformation across the airport.- Aviation industry-focused learning experiences and curriculum.- Selection committee participation and evaluation.- Employee communications and professional branding services, such as headshot or photography sessions for development programs or internal use.- Career progression mapping and succession planning consultation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
