USA (Denver, Colorado) – Commercial Grade LED Lighting System Installation Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial grade LED lighting system installation service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. - The contractor shall provide a complete lighting system and perform installation as detailed below.• Lighting System Requirementso Lighting must be commercial-level quality, suitable for heavy public-use exterior environments.o System must utilize LED technology with long-life, high-efficiency fixtures.o Lighting must support adjustable colors and programmable patterns, suitable for various event themes and facility needs.o System must be capable of a continuous run of approximately 1,300 feet, including all required power distribution, controllers, and connectors.o System shall operate on 110V power.• Installation Requirementso Contractor shall install all lighting, cabling, controllers, and supporting hardware per manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes.o All installation work will be event schedule dependent, with access restricted to times approved by Event Management.o Contractor shall coordinate all work windows in advance and ensure no disruption to ongoing facility operations or booked events.o Contractor shall provide all required lifts, ladders, and scaffolding. Cost should be included in the bid.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
