USA (Delaware) – Design Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in DE. - Survey of existing:- Review existing site, existing HVAC and structural building infrastructure regarding new program proposed.- This would include, but not be limited to planning of loading, security and controlled access required between the access road and destination. - Design services and construction administration including:- Schematic design.- Design development.- Construction documents.- Bidding.- Construction administration.- Closeout documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
