Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant services to the government authority located in De Beque, CO.- Provide professional planning services related to land use, development review, zoning administration, long-range planning, grant support, and related planning functions.- Planning commission and board support.- Growth management and community development planning.- Economic development and community visioning initiatives.- Project management support for planning and development initiatives.- GIS coordination and mapping support.- Research regarding land use regulations and best practices.- Applicant-specific development review services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
