USA (Dallas, Texas) – Interior Painting Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide interior painting service to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.- Work shall include repainting, touch-up painting, surface preparation, and minor wall repairs in non-patient occupied areas including, but not limited to:- Main public corridors and hallways.- Elevator lobbies and elevator corridors. - Staff corridors and service hallways. - Administrative support spaces. -Common circulation areas.- Door frames, doors, and trim.- Walls and ceilings.- Mechanical/electrical room exterior walls and doors as identified.- Painting scope includes:- Walls.-Ceilings.- Doors and frames.- Door trims and base trims. - Hollow metal frames.- Handrail touch-up areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
