USA (Cortez, Colorado) – Comprehensive Plan Update Project Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update project service to the government authority located in Cortez, CO. - Support the development and formal adoption of a strategic growth and a water supply element. - Develop and implement a community engagement strategy to inform the strategic growth and water supply elements.- Facilitating the creation of the agency’s strategic growth element, including analysis and policy recommendations.- Effectively integrating findings from community engagement, primary and secondary data, and existing agency plans as they relate to the three-mile area of influence, housing plans, streets plan, water conservation plans and all capital plans for water infrastructure and supply.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
