USA (Concord, New Hampshire) – Group Life Insurance Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide group life insurance service to the government authority located in Concord, NH.• Annual base earning means annual wage or salary including regular scheduled shift differential but excluding any commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other compensation • Eligible employees include full-time employees in positions with a duration of 6 months or more. All eligible full-time employees must work a minimum of 37.5 hours or 40.0 hours per week.• The Account Executive shall remain constant, within the Vendor’s control, for at least the first 18 months of the contact period• The State will self-bill monthly with supporting detail on monthly electronic file feeds by employee and by plan• Please provide a concise profile of your firm, including details of ownership, organizational structure, size, years in operation and any relevant affiliations or certifications.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026
