USA (Columbus, Ohio) – Statewide Support Service and Co Navigator Program Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide support service and co navigator program services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.- Design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Statewide Support Service and Co Navigator (SSP/CN) program. - Provide a staffing plan that identifies all key personnel required.- Implement and execute programmatic services while ensuring sound fiscal management practices; - Coordinate SSPs/CNs and other staff and/or volunteers; - Manage program administration and logistics activities; - Develop and conduct outreach activities; - Maintain confidential case management documentation that tracks both quality and compliance indicators; and - Ensure fiscal compliance and transparency. - Outreach plan for potentially-eligible individuals, - Recruitment plan for potential SSPs/CNs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
