Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. • Project consists of following elements:- Demo of the existing 3 metal culverts.- Installation of cast-in-places concrete box culvert with entrance and exit channel protection.- Installation of a roundabout over the cast-in-place concrete box culvert- Water line relocation- Sewer line relocations- Drainage pipe and structures- Trail (sidewalk) installation- Temporary erosion control measures- Permanent erosion control measures- Traffic Signing and Traffic Striping- Streetlights- Coordinate relocation of various utilities- Asphalt paving(2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
