(1) Vendor needs to provide retail economic development analysis service.- Provide a retail economic development analysis including recommended best practices, evaluation of retail development opportunities along Highway 66 and Interstate 25, and retail incentive policy guidance.- Retail market analysis, municipal economic development strategies, and developer and broker engagement. - Provide a retail economic development analysis including recommended best practices, evaluation of retail development opportunities.- Outreach to brokers, tenants, and potential developers associated with each site.- Highway and interstate retail development area analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
