Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy performance contracting services to the government authority located in Colorado.- Evaluate the universities facilities for energy and water efficiency upgrades, renewable energy systems, and other measures.- Support the universities efforts in locating funding and financing of the proposed energy projects within the boundaries.- Replace non-LED lighting in all buildings.- Potential to add battery storage on campus.- Retro-commissioning.(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
