USA (Colorado) – Economic Development Strategic Plan Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development strategic plan services.- Provide a retail economic development analysis, including recommended best practices, an evaluation of retail development opportunities.- Consultant with demonstrated expertise in retail market analysis, municipal economic development strategies, and developer/broker engagement.- Review of current municipal approaches to retail economic development, locally and nationally, that have led to success; • Outreach to brokers, tenants, and potential developers associated with each site; • Identification of development trends relevant to each opportunity area; • Recommendations to improve the opportunity area(s) from both physical and retailer perspectives, including design and tenant mix. • Evaluation of the potential value of expanding internal staffing to create a designated Economic Development Department. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
