USA (Colorado) – Cloud-Based SCADA and Remote Monitoring and Control System

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based SCADA and remote monitoring and control system to the government authority located in Colorado.- Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.- System will monitor and control three (3) groundwater wells and one wastewater treatment facility with full remote access and cloud-based functionality.- Automatic start and stop control based on water storage tank levels.- Detection and alarming of well malfunctions.- Water storage tank monitoring.- Level-based control logic for well operation.- Automatic on and off control of applicable equipment.- Flow monitoring and data logging.- Remote monitoring and cloud-based system.- Fully cloud-based SCADA platform accessible via desktop and mobile devices.- Secure user access with role-based permissions.- Alarm and notification system.- Provide early detection of system issues.- Reduce manual operation and response time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19,2026.
